Patriot Fund
Every donation made to the Patriot Fund supports family-based, Christian education, elementary through high school, at Bangor Christian Schools. Patriot Fund donations enhance a child's classroom experience, increase the availability of instructional tools for the teachers, expand existing programs, stabilize tuition, and improve technology throughout the school.
The effect of your donation, combined with those of other Patriot Fund supporters, cannot be underestimated. Your tax-deductible gift does make a difference.
Bill Prest Scholarship Fund
The Bill Prest Scholarship Fund was established in the 1990’s to assist families in the Greater Bangor Area with the cost of tuition. BCS awards scholarships to middle school and high school students that have demonstrated academic success, are members (or their parents are members) of a local church, and have a commendable student record.
Donations to the Bill Prest Scholarship fund are tax deductible.
Golf Marathon
Bangor Christian’s annual golf marathon is a fundraising event that supports all levels of athletics at Bangor Christian Schools, from pee wee competitions to middle school and varsity level sports. Thanks to the support and donations of many, BCS is very competitive in the Penobscot Valley Middle School League as well as Maine Principal’s Association (MPA) sanctioned sports at the high school level. BCS has earned Eastern Maine Championships in several varsity sports, along with state championships in soccer, cross country and cheering.
