Headmaster's Message
The primary goal of Bangor Christian Schools is to provide our students with a challenging, comprehensive education in a God-honoring environment. We believe that our classes should be taught from a Biblical perspective and that all of our school population should live in a manner that pleases the Lord. Our faculty and staff are highly educated and qualified in their areas of instruction. They are dedicated, born-again Christians who love the Lord and who are deeply committed to guiding the young people entrusted to our care.
At Bangor Christian Schools, we are immeasurably gratified by our current students as well as our alumni. Through the years, our students have consistently scored above the national average on the various standardized tests. Over 90% of our graduates pursue post secondary education and attend some of the most prestigious Christian and non-sectarian colleges in the country. We believe in educating the total person in mind, spirit and body at Bangor Christian Schools. With a rigorous course of studies, we provide our students with development of the mind to prepare them for success here and after graduation. Chapel, Bible teaching and prayer are of paramount importance as each individual's walk with Christ is enabled to flourish. We offer a wide variety of athletic and co-curricular activities to assist with the expansion and exercising of physical and social skills. We hope and pray that all activities will bring each of our students closer to Christ in every way possible.
It is our desire at Bangor Christian Schools that each student prayerfully consider God's direction for his or her life, and that they choose a path that will allow he or she to be as prepared as possible to follow God's lead and to glorify Him. We are committed to providing the absolute highest caliber Christian education attainable, and to mindfully foster an environment such that each student experiences growth in spiritual, academic, social and physical attributes.
